Just kidding, you can make a successful war clan using these guidelines, and if you meet the requirements as an individual. Don't try and start a war clan if you don't! 1. Be level 70+ with Town hall 8 and Level 5 archers and wizards. This is the individual leading requirement. - I'm not trying to be 'level-ist' here, but here's a tip for all people trying to make a clan: no one wants to join a clan that has low level players. People get pissed at me in global when I tell them that high levels probably won't join their clan because of their level. - This can be circumvented if you have co-leaders that are this level. I was lucky to have 2 good friends able to join my new war clan as cos, level 72's with archers and wizards at level 5. I myself am a level 90 town hall 9 with level 6 balloons and archers, and I am happy with the co-set I have right now. 2. Have a very small player cap. - If you want your war clan to be like Ice Ice Baby!!! with 90 war wins, you aren't going to do that with 50 members. Have a player cap from 10-25 so you can control the matchups; make half the members town hall 7 and half town hall 8. Have a few OP members in there to challenge the other clan more. The reason this works is because you know what type of clan you will get; with 50 members, it is possible for you to have a clan of all town hall 8's, and get paired up with a clan with all town hall 9's. I have had experience with this with other war clans I was in. With my clan, BrethrenOfWar, we have a 20 player cap so I can control the different matchups we get. - Be sure the 20 you choose are loyal so they don't leave during war; that's another problem with 50 person clans; people will be more likely to leave during war and therefore a wasted member with wasted attacks. 3. Assign players' attacks. - I realize not many clans do this, and I am surprised that they don't. It's time consuming, but really pays off in the end. Assign attacks based on the troops the player has; not the level attacker he/she is. If the attacker can't attack well with the base you give her (keep in mind it must be REASONABLE) then probably he/she is not the best person to have in the clan. Send all of this in clan mails. It's great to have an alt so you can send double-mails. 4. Purge once in a while. - If you have a few clan members that are bad at war, don't be afraid to purge them (boot them). That may be a cruel process, but that's one of the keys to making a successful war clan. 5. Don't be a bratty tween. - Don't be 12 if you are making this clan. Seriously. Don't. Extra Info: Don't worry if you lose a lot of wars; it just means your clan is developing. If you lose every war for 10 wars straight, well... then probably it's a good idea to join a war clan to see how they work and function before creating one yourself (but this guide will also help immensely.) If you don't want the responsibility of owning a war clan for yourself, but one that follows these strict but successful guidelines, join the clan BrethrenOfWar. Neggs, I'm not trying to hype my clan as the point of this, but my clan is what created these strict guidelines. Alright, I'm going to wrap this guide up; Follow it if you want good advice about war clan creation. Have a nice night everyone! |
