The BARCH strategy is a mix of Barbarians and Archers. It is reccomended for spells you bring the maximum amount of lightning spells, however this isn't always necessary. If you have heroes, they can be crucial to decide against a win or loss, or if you can get that last storage for loot. Now, let's get started on how to use this strategy. BARCH is a cheap and possibly could be a very efficient troop composition. I usually like to bring 60% of my camp as archers, and the other 40% barbarians. There are 2 ways the BARCH strategy works, one is for trophies, one is for farming. NOTE: Lure out clan castle troops and heroes before you begin! They can be a pain in the but if you don't. (It is also reccomended to wastr a few barbs on setting off traps if you think you know where one is) Trophy pushing: If you are trophy hunting with BARCH, spring half of your barbs around the perimeter of the base. Than spam all your archers around the perimeter as well. After all archers are deployed, bring in the second half of barbs. If things aren't working, use your heroes and/or clan castle on the side your troops are strongest. This will reinforce them so they will most likely reach the core of the opponents base. People also choose to use them on your weakest side. You'll know what to do when the time comes! Depending on where the buildings are positioned. If you have 48% or something, this is where you use your spells. Use them on a weak building and it will most likely destroy the building, hopefully getting you one star. Farming: This is where people get mad when using the BARCH strategy. Farming with it can be so effective, but sometimes people who use it incorrectly mess up. Once again, you want to sprinkle half of your barbs first. However, if the storages are jammed together. Instead of sprinkling around the whole base, try one side or 2. This will have more units stick together to take out the storages. Than you spam all your archers, of course, in the same place, than deploy the rest of your barbs. Than you may reinforce your units with heroes and your clan castle, as well as using lightning spells to weaken a loot storage, or destroy an enemies clan castles troops. So far I've been able to maintain at around 1600 trophies and upgrade constantly with a lot of loot left over. I hope this strategy is effective for you as it is for me! |
